As to the google image, that's pretty f'd up. Considering the page it links to is about the trial of those who provided her medications that contributed to her death, I think that might be her corpse.
As to the image posted by 24/7 Blogging Crew - you know damned well that's an image of her dead son, and deserve to be banned for posting it here. Rule 8: "Posting images of death, dismemberment, or animal cruelty will not be permitted and will be removed. Violation will result in a banning. We don't want to see that shit here!"
