I take that to mean that it'll allow ads that aren't disrupting my browsing experience of the site(s) I'm visiting. The problem with ads now on most sites are they're usually bigger than the content itself. Otherwise known as spam ads in my book.

If a site spends more time focusing on their original content and less time trying to squeeze as many ads on their page as possible, then I don't mind the advertising... but most, do not do that.

And again, you have the option to disable it altogether if you so prefer.
