I would suggest you to promote your affiliate program on webmaster communities by creating a thread in the announcement forum and post your latest promotional tools available.
In addition, I suggest you follow the link below and contact the network to feature you on their sites. I personally know them and highly recommend them. They do not have huge traffic but their traffic is genuine, as such, it is of quality.
