Sorry, but stealing other people's property is not innovation. They were not pioneers. They simply got away with what would have landed them in prison if they did the same thing offline.
Risk takers... I'll give you a little of that. However, in an industry full of pansies and bottom feeders, it really wasn't much of a risk. It's not like anyone was going to show up at their office with a base ball bat, which is exactly what should have happened.
