An issue in colombian studios it is the drug, some studios are full of coca, out of control really (studio boss is ok because girls work better and longer if under cocaine), but then some girl take it live (I seen in MFC one "this is my coca" with her nose white lol), and police can raid it cause "drugs".
So if you're stable regarding girl scams, competing studios and laws, just the issue it is profitability... your girls should do good and stable money in sites, or it does pay back the investment and ongong rent, bills. You say you tried MFC and discovered not all the new registered girls make money. In fact, only 1% of new registered girls are happy of MFC sales, and 99% say it sucks or quit. This is for most cam sites anyway, the turnover of girls it is impressive. Thousands of new girls register, do no money and quit in weeks... still there's always so many new to replace the old, so sites are full (of models who don't make money).
How to solve the issue of models who don't make money... I could tell, register to my cam sites, but it would be false advertising, because the 1% - 99% rule applies to mine sites too. I have no idea who, if the 100 girls I register, will be the 1 who does so much money she can't believe it. Rest 99 will have hard time. There's the "whale user" to consider, who fishes him, it is not guessable in advance.
As an advice I can tell you, I work with some studios who are in business with no interruptions or failure from 10+ years, with 20+ models (in part replaced, in part longstanding), all of them does this: registers one or more models in every (I mean, dozens, all of) sites. I not mean every model goes online in 12 sites with splitcam. It is more like: they register the new girls at a base list of sites, then add accounts for them, and keep them login only in sites they like or have success with. This way, after some time, you have model1 uses site1,2,3; model2 uses site1,4,6; model3 uses site3,5,9; model4 uses site 4,9,10, and so on. Some model is success in a site, and fail in another, it depends by model. Putting all models in a same only site, will cause some model to make no money, but she could in another place. You should find it.
