You gotta be the cool, fun guy...that chicks could make fun of...but at the same time they respect you, and will listen. That's how u get them to stick around.
But chicks like to work from home, so you'll have to get a program up eventually so they could do this from home. There's always gonna be an 'awkwarrrrd' factor if they gotta do this in a work environment.
If they must work from your studio...then TAKE CARE of them...get them what they want and be their b*tch. (but not too much of a b*tch.) otherwise they'll play u like their gay friend.
