If someone is going to give a PAID service like that one, he should have at least some contact info. We can't keep guessing here, and the guy is not coming into the thread to talk about it.

The page looks a lot like a cookie cutter site with a ZOMBAIO Signup page, nothing else.

That said, word spinners do a better job, from what I have seen in his presentation. Way better. Tried lots of them and currently using 5 different programs for my link-building campaigns with great success.
