I get these Indians always emailing me trying to sell me domains. I owned one guy last week. He emailed trying to sell me a bunch of shit domains that were spammed to death and banned by Google. They were in 'pending delete' so it was only a few days till they would expire and be available to be registered.

In his email he wanted $500 for all 12 of them. So I saved the email and set my calendar to the day they would be available to be registered and messaged him saying How about $400?

I checked the whois and they were available and sure enuff a few hours later he re-registered all of them and said yes I will accept your $400 dollar offer and will set up escrow now.

I emailed back and told him I was all set.
