On top of Beaner's reply, I would add this: Most of sponsors using this offer are not ultra big programs with 20 websites and 1000's of customers. These people do not need to use Sliiing Circle as they are allready offering tons of content.
Webmasters that will use (or are using) Sliiing Circle are having anywhere between 30 and 500 members. It makes no big difference on the bandwith usage.
At the end of the day, it is always a question of your own view of adult marketing. 5 years ago, I would never have thought participating to this kind of offer. Nowadays, anything that can help bringing sales in is a plus! Of course, if your website is converting 1:200, you do not need Sliiing Circle. (but you may need Sliiing as backend affiliate software though!) However, if your sites are converting 1:2000, Sliiing Circle may help you to convert better.

When a surfer subscribe to your website, your biller will send us the details of the sale including the username/password. We simply take these logins and add them to the all the Sliiing Circle participating sites' password file. And we remove them from the password file when the logins expires.
