I wonder if they could have a root domain siezed if one of the words is used in a subdomain, ie.: tube.somethingporn.com or somethingporn.somethingtube.com? Do the words have to be adjacent, like somethingporn.tubesomething.com or would porntube HAVE to be unbroken in the address?
Pretty crappy that PornTube allowed the sites to build up to 8% of their traffic AS an affiliate before taking action.
