I have a friend that runs a tree trimming company, it's a father and son set up. Most of the time, both the father and son are busy doing a job and cannot answer the telephone when it rings so callers get sent to voicemail. They would like a service that could answer the phone and take down basic details from the caller about their needs, this way the caller feels like they have been serviced.

I don't think Grasshopper or Hosted Numbers offer such a service. Any recommendations?
