Creatine is good for a temorary boost of muscle strength. Once you get off it, you come crashing down.....workouts aren't the same, muscles shrink a little. It's just not worth it to me personally. Also there have been many reports of Kidney problems with creatine. I have heard it from people I know and in news articles. when I took that stuff, I made sure to drink gallons and gallons of water.
