After having my XBox Live account banned twice already this year for "spamming", when I only watch Netflix on it (at $10 per month just to sign into Live), waiting 2 months to get it unbanned so I can watch "The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret", then having it banned again out of nowhere and getting no help from support, I vowed to never buy MSFT anything again.
Frankly I am glad they did this and I hope no one buys the new XBox.
