I've heard bad things about them before. Of course they still owe you the money. There is no "priority". It isn't even PPS. They were paid the money and they owe you your cut. Unless they are saying they weren't paid for rebills on certain sites which is probably bullshit as then I would think the rebills would not being going through in Nats or whatever they are using.
