As far as the value of the domain is concerned...
Of course it consists of great key words with very large search numbers, being a .net there would need to be something other at work to get more traffic to the site.
I never developed a site for the domain.
I don't know what google's current format is for ranking websites, but if they do give any value to a domains words in it's rankings as I understand they at least once did, then the domain could definitely be developed and get a large search boost with it's wording of "adult videos".
