Its not bullshit it was unfunded and all these worried about spending types all voted yes for it except Ron Paul. The right plays people, Dick Cheney said as VP deficits don't matter, Chris Christie says he doesnt care what it will cost to have an election only weeks before the one in Nov. When for its them they don't give a shit about spending.
