To be protected under DMCA they can't profit directly from stolen content so that's why they all claim the videos are "user uploaded". They make money off ad space, not the content directly. The owner can't upload the videos because that could indicate they had prior knowledge of copyright work so most pay upload monkeys to do it for them. I'm not that familiar how those scripts work so they might even have a way to upload the videos themselves and make it look like they were user uploaded.

My guess is inside the Member's Area there is a bunch of generic purchased content.
