I would consider completely rebuilding your site, use semantic html and add some content, as far as google is concerned adultdir just looks like a page with nothing more than a couple of random links on.
As a minimum once you've made your html relevant to give bots an idea of what the page is, why not give each site it's own page with a description and some other useful info on.
