gov wanted to cut some trees at "taksim gezi park", people saying no to that but actually it is more or less protests against the recent fascist restrictions in Turkey, they recently made a rediculous law related to alcohol usage.
long story short since 10 years they are the governing party, at first they appeased people with kinda liberal package but later they've gone nuts with their islamo-fascist ajenda and people are saying "no"
