The rice isn't bad for you that I'm aware of, hell 95% of frozen healthy choice and lean cuisine has rice in it...
I have it at least 3 times a week on a slow week and sometimes more than that! I'm really picky about it tho

Ive only eating shushi like ten times in my life, but 5 tiemes in a row this week,
