I'm selling a very old site. the domain is being around since 1999. I bough it on 2009 and since I did a lot of work like updating the system on it, adding a mobile version and lots of posts.
The site is currently running on a customized MechBunny script with a very simple plug/traffic trade system.
There is also an independent installation of MechBunny for the mobile version of the site
I totally abandoned this site about a year ago and still receives good traffic, 1.8k unique visitors a day compared to 10-20k a year ago before I stop working on it.
The site is still making 3-4 sales a month. With very little work you could make 5 times that.
