Well $1000 for info leading to arrest that's noticeable move
Looks like those "wanted" things from western movies, perhaps it will be effective.
There was a guy here in GFY threads telling he had all studio banned in chaturbate because one or two (romanian) girls of him (but mostly he had colombian) had apparently agreed to the fraudster schema. He complainted that chaturbate banned his whole studio with many girls who was innocent. REcently chaturbate also announced they no more register new romanians as "fraud is too high", perhaps it is related to this.
One could argue, then all russians are honest and all romanians are fraudsters?
Every cam site get those guys who try to find cam girl willing to give 50% of fraud tips/private money back, normally in western union. Some girl even bring the guy into new sites she subscribe as soon as she's banned in previous sites - in this case the girl it is really part of fraud.
It is funny that some time those carder guys I busted in chat as "admin" will talk admin like "hey bro what about we do 50% I put there cards you give me half we do lots money", like if they really not even have idea what a chargeback is or it works, or think an admin could fraud own site and no one fires him.
Really when those guys come with many ip's and cards it takes so much time for cam site to find and block all them quick enough so they don't spend too much, it is a boring part of running a cam site.
