I'm sure the argument will be made * if his arrest was for associating with known gang members* is that his work calls for associating with his clients who might happen to be gang members.
but this is no different than someone who gets busted for computer crimes not being able to use a computer during their probation period...so if shit like this can apply to everyone else then it should apply to him.
