I'm thinking build up a bunch of 3-4 page sites and offer something for visitors to 'download' for free and collect their data is probably the most efficient method over a period of time and have each site optimized for specific search terms.

Has anyone done anything like this before for non-adult products and if so, where did you run into problems?

We're also looking into lead generation companies and we can get 400 leads a day per month for $2000 currently.

This is for cable, internet tv type stuff in case anyone was wondering.
