Yes it is true.
But besides this, Torbe is a very special case. I have a feeling he'll end shot or at least beaten really bad. The guy is a total psychopath with really serious issues who rejoices in doing harm to everybody around. If you ever heard the horror stories about him, you'll know what I'm talking about. To make it worse, the guy is a short fat idiot with a big mouth, so I guess things won't end well for him. But well... whatever
