does anyone has a paid script/adserver/mobile traffic service which I can use to redirect mobile wifi traffic to another url.
for example if I receive 1000 mobile visitors
700 are using wifi
300 are on 3g
I want to redirect those 700 to
http://blah.com
and those 300 on 3g to url
http://www.bonza.com
