I also get alot of turkish traffic using traffic trade. My stats for today:

Received:
Turkey 25%
Indonesia 12,5%
United States 9,5%

Sent:
United States 21%
China 17,5%
Turkey 10%

I still get 4-5x the traffic back that i sent, so you can't expect that to be all high quality traffic which would otherwise sell for $$$. I'm not complaining.
