HIV is not that dangerous, because the virus is very unstable. It can't "live" long outside of the human fluids. For example, it easily gets destroyed by a boiled water, alcohol and even when the drops of blood gets dry.
Hepatitis (HBV and HCV) is a way different story. There fuckers are extremely surviving. They are stay infectious even after boiling a in dry form. For example the amount of HBV-infected blood must be
1000 times(!) smaller than HIV-infected one, to get you infected too. You don't even need to get
a visible cut to catch the virus.
The % of deaths caused by HCV is about the same as the % of deaths because by HIV. However, the overage lifetime with HCV is much shorter than in case of HIV.
Also don't forget about HPV (there are 100's of know strain) and other diseases you can get while shaving with a razor, used by somebody else.
Just FYI
