You're probably correct. My thoughts are that a major network like CNN probably should have someone on their staff who is trained to spot these kinds of gafs before they go live. I mean it seriously never occured to anyone that the same sign might be in the background, or the same vehicle would drive by both of them? Where's the continuity person!
If Grace was green-screened then it shouldn't have been a big deal to put up a different shot behind her. Just point camera 2 ninety degrees that--> way. :D
Either someone should be fired, or.... hired. I'm not sure which.
