We are looking to buy those non-converting China traffic from adult webmasters.
There are couple Reasons why China traffic is not converting:
First of all, Adult business is banned in China and that is why most pay sites have been blocked from China.
Secondly, China have their own credit card system if you don't have the billing to be able to accept their credit cards issued out from their local banks (China issued credit card locally in China NOT those International Credit cards,) even China customers are willing to pay but it won't go through at all.
That is why China traffic are not converting in addition to their already well known low converting ratio and all of these reasons make the China traffic a low quality traffic.
If you have those China traffic and willing to re-direct to us, please let me know how much you want to sell us for per CPM or CPC?
