I understand why you wouldn't give out the blog list, anyone buying links from networks which are plastered everywhere are not being smart.
However you should offer a slower, more natural option.
If someone buys 100 links, add 5 a day over the course of 20 days. 100 new links in one day for MANY sites is going to look suspect.
