I don't think those are fom a program. Look at the strategic use of certain letters on the nipples and other areas to make them look better. You can give an image-to-ASCII program a character set to work with but I don't know of any advanced enough to calculate things like nipples and panties and pick the best character to use for them. At the very least, it looks like they were hand-edited.
