i had the same problem the last few days but also the lights were blinking from time to time... that's from low tension if some fuse is fucked, the support comed and fixed the problem with the tension and my pc doesn't restart anymore
there are few possibilites, try to find it
it can be some software problem
it can be from the power supply
it can be from a virus
it can be from the higher temperatures, get into the bios and check out what's the current CPU temp and on what temperature is given on the pc to shut down/restart. on mine is 80 Celsius
there are other possibilties also
i don't recommend you to reinstall windows if your pc will restart in the middle of the installation
