Disable windows messager, replace wsock32.dll and winsock.dll in your system32 folder, copy from windows cd, you will be ok.
I was hit too, because he submits about 20 galleries a day.
Also, he added the following domains to hosts file. So when you visit those sites, you'll see popups.
