Also this is all a setup from the Craft folks but they forget that cameras are everywhere and show up in full gear and insignia to plant this bomb and frame these guys.

The kids are solidly framed and the police can now go nuts anytime they want. This is the perfect setup. They forget to kill rather then capture the second suspect who would of course deny everything.
