It's not so easy. The guy who's scammed him is not my employee since he doesn't work for me. He's just a sort of "broker" who gets % of the transaction. In fact he doesn't use any of our official email address.
So if a broker that you use scams someone on behalf of you, who's in charge of the scam?
Lets say that you contact me saying "hey, if you can sell that i give you %" ... and I "ok, i'll do" and then I'll use this info to scam people getting money on my personal bank account. Is it your fault? Are you responsible for my scam?
