As a juicyads advertiser, I say ban every site like this. Even if they have a small amount of content on it. The traffic is horrible, for CPM and CPC. All these guys do is acquire garbage traffic from somewhere (and it's usually fake traffic), then feed it to advertisers, who ultimately get ripped off.
