If you see you were supposed to get a payment a month ago but you never received it you might expect that something is wrong. If they remove that page or block access to it the chances of you noticing are reduced.

Just noticed this with a sponsor a couple of days ago. Had some new sales. After they posted new sales our old balance disappeared. Now just the new sales showing.
