As a juicyads advertiser, I say ban every site like this. Even if they have a small amount of content on it. The traffic is horrible, for CPM and CPC. All these guys do is acquire garbage traffic from somewhere (and it's usually fake traffic), then feed it to advertisers, who ultimately get ripped off. JuicyAds and Plugrush are the worst when it comes to sites like these. I have to go in the admin and block these shitty sites bi-weekly. Hopefully advertisers get credited for clicks after a publisher is banned?
