its the hassle of converting the BTC to USD to complete the sale for the dealership. This isn't ACTUALLY taking BTC and filling out all the paperwork as if BTC were an acceptable form of payment. This is them simply converting the BTC (for you) to USD.
So, they want dollars but will accept bitcoins to make the sale and then convert them the same second to dollars.
