Poor guy - lost all his thumblogger 'sites' AND what he thought he would get paid, all in the same week.
While I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for the guy - some clarification is necessary: Did you find his 'site' to be a banner farm and immediately suspend him, or did you let him keep promoting your links and then refuse to pay because it's a banner farm?
