just remembered, couple of weeks ago met this nice lady at a place I go to regularly, and we got chatting - she told me she was looking into CBT - my face obviously gave it away that I was thinking of something else, I told her to google it :D She didn't, and asked me the following week, so I told her the other version of what it stood for
