try putting gorgonzola cheese on a steak. about 2 minutes before it is ready to eat. let it melt just enough to blend the chunks together and cover the meat.

or, chicken bryan from carraba's...a lemon rue with plenty of basil and sundried tomato pieces over a chicken breast . you can add goat cheese pieces on top of that.
