There are plenty of Barbies (as in real Barbie Dolls) with tattoos including:
Tokidoki Barbie (collectors paying up to $500 for this pink haired and tatted Barbie Doll)
Harley Davidson Barbie Doll series
Hard Rock Cafe Barbie series (some had tatts)
and of course Tattoo Barbie which came with a self-tattoo kit (temporary tattoos for Barbie or for girls)
