Most of the movies listed above like Spaceballs are comedies and don't count as cheesy. What makes a cheesey movie is something that's "so bad, it's good". A movie that tried to be serious, but just ended up being a laugh riot.
The first cheesy movie that comes to me is TORQUE. It's a semi rip-off of Fast and Furious. It's TERRIBLE, but OMG I love watching it. I think I've seen it 10 times by now. Just so much fun.
