Better communication, if I'm going to be making you money I'd like you to at least reply to my emails
I've had sponsors in the past not even make me a new banner with custom size after sending them lots of traffic and making daily sales, so pretty much dropped all the ones that can't be assed to spend a little time helping me make more sales.
