So we have several business mobiles on the same network and we wanted to upgrade one of the phones a month or so ago, we upgraded no problem yet found out that because the upgraded phone was on 4G instead of 3G we had been switched on to a different company without notification.

Fine.

Obviously because it's a different company (yet the same & linked) we get different CS, invoices and online crap.

So I now need an invoice because they didn't bother to send me one so they tell me I can register to get invoices online.
Fine, they give me the web address, I try and register and what do I get " sorry the page you requested cannot be found"

I get back on the phone and tell them the site doesn't work, the lady agrees so I ask for a month rental free, she laughs.

" I can send you an invoice through the post for free"
