Good point Grapesoda. If somebody is stepping over the line and pissing someone else off...then that is definitely when you put your foot down and put a stop to it.
I would simply never use that person again.
I was commenting on what the OP said...that one of his girls had asked other models to party with her and her boyfriend off set.
That sounds pretty harmless to me and just part of adults (especially 2 people who are already having sex on camera) having some banter and making plans for the evening.
But yeah...if you had a guy like you described...well, that guy shouldn't even BE on a porn set or working as a model. You need to eliminate that person right away.
