1) A girl asking another person if they want to party later isn't going to cause you to lose control on your set. If it does, then you never had control of the set. Shooting porn is supposed to be fun (and yes it can be crazy fun AND professionally done)
2) Unless you are Big Daddy WarBucks...then you probably aren't actually employing a model every day of every week for them to make a living. So if they are shooting for others it's really none of your business.
3) That would depend on how much you are shooting the same person over and over. And no matter what you do, people have personal lives. They will always have some sort of drama with a lover/boyfriend/husband/wife/girlfriend. That's just normal life and not much you can do about it.
I started shooting content in 1998 when I owned Pure Candy Images content company. I've never had to do any of the things you said to stay in "control" of my set.
Everyone has a different approach to their work. I've always kept things fun and without putting pressure on people and I've been very happy with the resulting content that came from that. The camera knows if people are having fun and feeling natural.
I've also been on sets with directors who were total assholes (I was male talent in the mid 1990's and more recently was on set with Claudia Marie when she has shot for other companies). Believe me, the guys who try to run a set like "Mini-Hitler" are not much fun to work with and the resulting content shows it.
My advice is to be in control of your set in a different way. Instead of trying to be "bossy", just be professional and know your shit.
When people walk onto my set they see my gear, they see the way I know what I'm doing, and it has always resulted in them respecting me.
Respect will get you far more control of a set than trying to hand out a rule book.
You said you've been shooting for 14 years. So that means you should definitely be pretty damn good at it by now. Let your knowledge and experience be the guide for your talent. Believe me, they will sense it.
Remember, this is sex. Yes, it's a business...but it's still sex. Don't put your foot down unless you have to.
