I'm not talking about gathering the photos, I am talking about analyzing them - I am pretty sure that they can come up with a reasonably good way to do that. Post the photos and videos online, give the people some pointers, so that they know what they should be looking for, keep this open only to users with US IPs, etc. They can also put the results to a vote - most likely suspect No1, 2, 3
